At WWYSA, our dedicated team of instructors is the heart of our training programme. We’re proud to have a talented mix of Assistant Instructors (AIs), Dinghy Instructors (DIs), and Senior Instructors (SIs), all committed to providing a safe, fun, and rewarding learning experience for every sailor.

Whether guiding beginners, refining skills, or leading advanced sessions, our instructors bring passion, expertise, and a love of sailing to every class. Without their hard work and dedication, we simply wouldn’t be able to deliver the high-quality training that our members enjoy.
